Developing the knowledge and skill to originate and structure financing solutions for corporate clients which are well suited for distribution or re-packaging.
Aimed at relationship managers and corporate bankers, this workshop will equip participants to:
- Recognise the drivers of disintermediation leading to alternative solutions to traditional bank financing
- Distinguish the credit, pricing and debt structure requirements of a variety of institutional investors
- Use a deeper understanding of investors’ expectations to augment origination efforts
- Facilitate cooperation between business lines in order to ensure transactions are structured and priced to meet both client and investor requirements
